Barnet - Proposed Introduction Of Disabled Parking Bays

The Barnet (Free Parking Places, Loading Places, Waiting, Loading And Stopping Restrictions) - (Amendment No.*) Order 20** - The Barnet (Charged-For Parking Places) (Amendment No.*) Order 20**

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of The London Borough of Barnet propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 51 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.

In order to improve the parking provision on street in the Watling Avenue area for disabled blue badge holders, the general effect of the above Orders would be to introduce 2 disabled parking bays for use by motorists in their vehicles who display a valid disabled blue badge outside Nos.55 to 57 Watling Avenue HA8 and outside Nos.52 to 54 Watling Avenue HA8 (By converting lengths of Pay by phone payment parking bays operating 8:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Saturday. Max stay 1hour 30mins.
