Staffordshire County Council propose to make a Traffic Regulation Order under the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce parking restrictions on Tamworth Road (A51),
Lichfield. Documents may be examined during opening hours at Staffordshire Place 1, Tipping Street, Stafford, ST16 2DH and at Lichfield Library, The Guild of St Mary’s Centre, Market Square, Lichfield WS13 6LG or via https://consultation.appyway.com/lichfield. Comments can be sent via the link above or in writing to: Traffic and Network Management, 3rd Floor, Staffordshire Place 1, Tipping Street, Stafford, ST16 2DH no later than 27/8/26 quoting reference D1277D and stating the grounds on which they are made.
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 –
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 4/8/26 made an Order the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit traffic along:
Uttoxeter Rd, Blithbury. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB150882376. The Order will come into operation on 13/8/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed the same day. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the pole testing works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
Bradbury Ln, Cannock. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB150301874. The Order will come into operation on 10/8/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 21/8/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the Utility works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier. The Order will come into operation on 10/8/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 15/8/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the remedial works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The Order will come into operation on 12/8/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed the same day. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the pole replacement works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

TEMPORARY SPEED REDUCTION
Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order the effect of which is to temporarily reduce the speed limit along:
No Mans Heath Rd, Smithy Ln and Chestnut Ln, Clifton Campville; Syerscote Ln, Haunton; Clifton Ln, Highfields; Thorpe Ln, Thorpe Constantine. The Order will come into operation on 24/8/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 24/8/27. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the access requirements are no longer required, whichever is the earlier.
