TO 279/26

East Lothian Council intends to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) and (2), 3 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce and/or amend enforceable waiting restrictions at Inveresk Road within Musselburgh.

A copy of the proposed Order, Schedule, plans showing the extent of the restrictions and the statement of reasons for making the Order can be viewed on the council’s website at http://www.eastlothian.gov.uk/ and on http://www.tellmescotland.gov.uk/

These documents are available for inspection for the period from Friday 7th August 2026 to Friday 18th September 2026.

Any person may before expiry of the period noted above object to the making of the Order. Any objection must be in writing and must specify the grounds thereof and should be addressed to:
