What is happening?
THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 As Amended By The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 Section 14(1) - Temporary Bus Lane Suspension Cricklewood Broadway NW2
The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing to the need to facilitate water works they intend to make an Order which will close the south-eastbound Bus Lane on Cricklewood Broadway NW2 between its junctions with Yew Grove and Ash Grove, while the works take place.
The Order will commence on Saturday 22nd August 2026 and is expected to be carried out in phases;
Phase 1: Saturday 22nd August 2026 and Sunday 23rd August 2026;
Phase 2: Saturday 29th August 2026 and Sunday 30th August 2026.
Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Officer in uniform or other uniformed personnel authorised by the Commissioner of the Metropolis.
