THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (As Amended) - Abercorn Gardens (Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic) Order 202*
The Council of The London Borough of Brent hereby give notice that, to facilitate access to a sewer basin to locate and maintain an ED monitor and associated works in Abercorn Gardens, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to prohibit vehicles from entering, proceeding, waiting, loading or unloading in that length of Abercorn Gardens, which lies between a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 5 and 7 Abercorn Gardens and a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 21 and 23 Abercorn Gardens,
when and where appropriate traffic signs are being displayed.
The prohibitions referred to above would apply between 17th August 2026 and 18th August 2026 inclusive, or until the said works are completed, whichever is the earlier. Works are expected to take place between the hours of 9:30am and 3:30pm.
Access to premises in or adjacent to Abercorn Gardens would be maintained insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.
Vehicular traffic affected by the prohibitions referred to above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.
