A copy of the Order may be requested from the council by emailing traffic@sthelens.gov.uk or by writing to the Traffic Engineering Section, Place Services Department, Town Hall, Victoria Square, St Helens WA10 1HP.
Any person wishing to object to the proposed changes must do so in writing to the undersigned, stating the grounds of objection, within a period of 21 days from the date of this notice.
