(PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND LOADING AND PROVISION OF PARKING)
CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2025 (AMENDMENT No 3) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that St Helens Borough Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 proposes to make an Order, the effect of which will be to amend the Council of the Borough of St Helens (Prohibition of Waiting and Loading and Provision of Parking) Consolidation Order 2025 (as amended) by the removal from Schedule 2 of that Order of the items listed in Schedule 1 below, and by the addition to Schedule 2 of that Order of the items listed in Schedule 2 below.
