HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 – SECTION 90(A)
Leicester City Council proposes to construct road humps under Section 90(a) of the Highways Act 1980 at the locations shown below: -

The speed cushions will be between 1.7m and 1.9m wide and 2.0m long. The maximum height of all features will be 100 mm.
