Notice is hereby given that Cambridgeshire County Council proposes to make the above named Order under the powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Traffic Management Act 2004.
The effect of this Order will be to revoke the disabled persons parking bay outside of 16 Hardwick Street, Newnham, Cambridge and return the space to resident parking. This disabled persons parking bay is no longer needed by the original applicant or nearby residents. Notice is hereby given that Cambridgeshire County Council proposes to make the above named Order under the powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Traffic Management Act 2004.
The effect of this Order will be to introduce a prohibition of waiting at all times (double yellow lines) on Lichfield Road, Cambridge on both sides of the carriageway between its junction with Cowper Road and Coleridge Road. (Various Roads, Bottisham), (Speed Limits) (Consolidation), Order 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that on the 29th July 2026 Cambridgeshire County Council made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
The effect of this is to introduce a 20mph speed limit on most residential roads in Bottisham. A 40mph speed limit will be implemented on Tunbridge Lane from a point 284m northeast of its junction with Thomas Christian Way in an easterly direction for 400m.
The proposed extension of the 30mph speed limit on Lode Road, Bottisham from a point 72m south of its junction with Quy Road/Swaffham Road in a southerly direction for a distance of 30m as proposed by the Cambridgeshire County Council (Restricted Roads) (Lode Road, Bottisham) Order 202- will be incorporated into this Order.
For administrative purposes the following Orders are revoked, though their effects, as amended by the proposed, shall be consolidated into this Order:
The County of Cambridgeshire (40mph speed limit) (No 6) Order 1994, Cambridgeshire County Council (Restricted Roads) (No 3) Order 1991, Cambridgeshire County Council (Bell Road, Bottisham) (30 MPH Limit) Order 2014. The Cambridgeshire County Council (Restricted Roads) (Various Streets, Lode and Bottisham) Order 2017 and Cambridgeshire County Council
(Various Streets, Lode and Bottisham) (40mph Speed Limit) Order 2017 shall be amended so that all references to Lode Road, Bottisham are deleted.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from the 29th July 2026 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
