Proposed Order: To close that part of U44621 Coopers Ln from its junction with U44622 Mansion Gardens to its junction with U44689 Fairwater Cl.

Reason: Replacement gas main by Wales and West Utilities.

Alternative route: B4035 Waterside, A4184 Cheltenham Rd, U44600 Fairfield Rd, U44600 Four Pools Rd, U44617 Durcott Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 14 days (24 hrs) Commencing: 1 September 2026

(U45607 Church Road, Aston Somerville) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of U45607 Church Rd from its junction with U45629 Woodland Cl for a distance of 160 metres in a south easterly direction.

Reason: Utility work by Gigaclear Limited.

Alternative route: N/A – Location is a dead end.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 7 days Commencing: 1 September 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of U45034 West Side from its junction with U45034 East Side for a distance of 30 metres in a southerly direction.

Reason: Utility Work by STW.

Phase 2 – B4085 Bidford Road from its junction with U45007 Hoden Ln for a distance of 346 metres in a north easterly direction. Phase 3 – U45206 Laurels Road from its junction with B4510 Evesham Rd to its junction with U45204 Main St.

Reason: Gas main replacement by Wales & West Utilities

Proposed Order: To close that part of U44406 Bewdley St from its junction with Bournes Pl (Private Road) to its junction with U44408 Littleworth St.

Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.

Alternative route: Diversion clockwise – U44406 Bewdley St (part), U44410 Henry St, U44412 West St, U44408 Littleworth St. Diversion anticlockwise – U44406 Bewdley St (part), U44407 Brick Kiln St, U44413 Avon St, U44408 Littleworth St, U44412 West St, U44410 Henry St, U44406 Bewdley St (part).

Proposed Order: To close that part of:

1. C2049 Long Marston Rd from its junction with C2114 School Rd for a distance of 1930 metres in a northerly direction to Warwickshire County boundary.

2. C2114 Back Ln from its junction with C2114 Dorsington Rd to its junction with C2114 Long Marston Rd.

Reason: Pre surface dressing patching in civil works over multiple phases by WCC.

Alternative route: C2114 Dorsington Rd into Warwickshire and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 9 days (no weekends)

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2259 Buckland Rd from its junction with C2007 Broadway Rd for a distance of 1273 metres in a southerly direction until the County Boundary with Gloucestershire.

Reason: Carriageway Reconstruction by WCC.

Alternative route: C2007 Broadway Rd, C2007 Childwickham Rd, B4632 Cheltenham Rd into Gloucestershire and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between 1 September 2026 and 11 September 2026.

(C2122 Snowshill Road, Broadway) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of C2122 Snowshill Rd from its junction with U45432 Church Cl to its junction with U45402 West End Ln.

Reason: Drainage and flood alleviation by WCC.

Alternative route: C2122 Church St, C2299 Lower Green, B4632 Cheltenham Rd into Gloucestershire, C2122 Snowshill Rd (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days

Order made: To close that part of A44 Evesham Rd from its junction with C2119 Collin Ln for a distance of 50 metres in a north westerly direction until its junction with U45617 Murcot Rd

Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.

Alternative route: A44 Broadway Bypass, B4632 Leamington Rd into Gloucestershire, B4035 Weston Rd, B4035 New St, B4035 Main St, B4035 Bretforton Rd, B4035 Badsey Rd, A46 Evesham Bypass, A44 Broadway Rd, A44 Longdon Hill, A44 Pitchers Hill and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 nights (20:00-06:00) between 10 August 2026 and 21 August 2026.

EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.
