THE PORTSMOUTH CITY COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS) (BUS LANES AND BUS ROADS) (No 2) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2026 (P029-26)
1. Notice is hereby given that the Portsmouth City Council made the above Order on 06 August 2026.
The purpose of this order is to correct minor errors in The Portsmouth City Council (Various Roads) (Bus Lanes and Bus Roads) Order 2026; this Order makes no changes to restrictions on ground.
2. A copy of the made Order is available to view on Portsmouth City Council’s website: Search 'Traffic Regulation Orders 2026’ at
Alternatively, it can be viewed at the Civic Offices, Guildhall Square, PO1 2AL, Monday to Friday between 9am - 4pm. A printed copy can be obtained by calling 023 9260 6480.
3. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act, or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks from the date of the Order, make application for this purpose to the High Court.
4. This Order comes into operation on 08 August 2026.
