(TEMPORARY ROAD RESTRICTION AND TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2026 – TEMP/26/126

The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be that for a temporary period, to facilitate construction works, no person shall: (a) drive or cause or permit any vehicle to be driven on any part of Craighall ave, from 45m from the intersection of the north-east kerbline of Craighall Bank with the south-east kerbline of Craighall Ave, north-eastwards for 29m; and (b) except with the permission of a Parking Attendant, cause or permit any vehicle to wait or load onto or unload from any vehicle at any time on both sides of Craighall ave, from the intersection of the north-east kerbline of Craighall Bank with the south-east kerbline of Craighall Ave, north-eastwards for 45m. Existing parking restrictions shall be suspended on the affected sections of road described in (b). There is no available diversion with respect to the closure of Craighall ave, where local access will be maintained where practical. The Order shall have effect from 10/08/26 to 31/01/28.
