(Micklefield Lane, Leeds Road & Harrogate Road, Rawdon, Leeds)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works to install new water mains are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s); Leeds City Council has today made an Order the effect of which is that:  No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel NE along Harrogate Rd, Rawdon, Leeds between its jcts with Leeds Rd & John St. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to turn right from Leeds Rd, Rawdon, Leeds onto Harrogate Rd. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to turn right from Micklefield Ln, Rawdon, Leeds onto Leeds Rd. Diversionary route available: New Rd Side, Green Ln & Micklefield Rd. Essential access to & from premises & for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on 10 August 2026 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. (Smalewell Road, Pudsey, Leeds)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because gas connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway; Leeds City Council has today made an Order the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Smalewell Rd between property no. 156 and the Bradford Boundary. No diversionary route available. Access to Tyersal La for residents only. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall come into operation on 19th Aug 2026 and will remain in force for a max period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because the installation of new connection works is being or is being proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s); Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Carr Hill Grove, Calverley, Leeds in the Calverley & Farsley Ward between its Jcts with Carr Hill Rise and the Jct of Carr Hill Dr. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Carr Hill Rise, Carr Hill Dr. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Friday 21st August 2026 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because road closure and speed limit reduction to facilitate works as part of the A660 corridor being proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Rampart Road, Woodhouse, Leeds in the Headingley & Hyde Park Ward the left turn from its junction with Woodhouse Lane. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Rampart Road, Woodhouse Lane, Blenheim Walk, St Marks Road, Cathcart Street. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Friday 14th August 2026 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. A Coultate. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because road closure and speed limit reduction to facilitate cycle lane work proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council intends to (in not less than 7 days) make an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Harrison Street, Leeds in the Little London Woodhouse, outside the Leeds Grand Theatre. No diversionary route will be required. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) required for new connection Leeds City Council intends to (in not less than 7 days) make an Order the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Moorville Road, Beeston, Leeds in the Hunslet & Riverside Ward between its junctions with Moorville Close and Lady Pit Lane. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Moorville Road, Hunslet Hall Road, Beeston Road. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Friday 20th September 2026 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier.

(City Wide) Order 2025 Amendment Order No.27 2026 Leeds Road Oulton

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Leeds City Council, acting as the Local Traffic Authority (in exercise of its powers under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers) has today made the above Amendment Order. The effect of the Order which will come into force 6 August 2026 is to introduce: No Waiting at any Time by Goods Vehicles weighing in excess of 5 Tonnes or by Buses along for the full length of the layby area, situated of the west side of Leeds Rd, Oulton; adjacent to St John’s Church. A copy of the Amendment Order may be obtained by emailing troteam@leeds.gov.uk. If you wish to object to question the validity of this Amendment Order or any provision contained within it on the ground that is not within the powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or any instrument made under the Act has not be complied with in relation to the Order, you may within 6 weeks from the date from which the Order was made apply to the High Court for this purpose.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Leeds City Council, acting as the Local Traffic Authority (in exercise of its powers under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers) proposes to make the above Orders, the effect of which will be to introduce the following restrictions within the Moortown Ward: No waiting at any time restrictions on sections of Beckhill Approach, Bentcliffe Gr, Bideford Av, Carr Manor Av, Carr Manor Cres, Carr Manor Road, Church Ln, Garth Walk, Green Rd, Holmwood Dr, Kedleston Rd, King Ln, Kingswood Dr, Leafield Grange, Lidgett Ln, Parkside Av, Parkside Rd, Queenshill Approach, Scott Hall Rd, Stainbeck Ln, Stainbeck Rd, Stonedene, Stonegate Rd, Sunset Rd, Tongue Ln, Wensley Dr, Woodlea Approach; 2-hour parking place with no return within 2 hours, Monday to Saturday, 8.00-18.00 on King Ln. Details of the proposals including plans showing the affected lengths of highway and the Council’s Statement of Reasons for the Order are available on request by e-mailing the address below.
