DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER
PARISH OF KINGS SUTTON ORDER NO. 1 2026 PATH NO. AS42
On 30th July 2026 West Northamptonshire Council confirmed as made the above Order. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by:: Adding a public footpath in the parish of Kings Sutton. It starts from a point on Mill Lane (grid reference SP 5010 3543). It runs generally west for approximately 228 metres to its junction with Public Footpath AS11(grid reference SP 4990 3532). The width of the route is 2 metres. The surface is unmade. A copy of the Order and Map may be seen free of charge at The One Stop Shop, West Northamptonshire Council, One Angel Square, Angel Street, Northampton, NN1 1ED from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday inclusive. A copy of the Order may also be found at Brackley Library during its opening hours. A copy of the Order and the Order Map may be downloaded from https://www.westnorthants.gov.uk/rights-way-and-searches/publicnotices-about-public-path-orders-and-definitive-map-modification This Order as confirmed became operative on the date of confirmation. Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order on the ground that it does not fall within the powers of Section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, or that the requirements of Schedule 15 to the Act have not been complied with may within 42 days from the 6th August 2026 make an application to the High Court.
