(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that National Highways Limited (Company no. 9346363) has made an order on the A43 Trunk Road, at Silverstone, in the County of West Northamptonshire, to enable temporary lining works to take place for an event.
The effect of the Order will be to close the link road leading from the southbound carriageway of the A43 to Dadford Road.
The work will be carried out overnight between 20:00 hours and 00.01 hours and is expected to take place on Friday 14 August 2026 and Sunday 23 August 2026. The Order will come into force on 7 August 2026.
Vehicles being used for police, fire and rescue authority or ambulance purposes, or in connection with the works will be exempt from the closure.
A diversion route via the A43 and the B4525 will be signed.
