What is happening?

BRUCE WALK (PART), WINDSOR
(TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2026
The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead has made
an Order, the effect of which will be to:-
Prohibit any person from proceeding along this part of Bruce Walk, Phase 1 from eastern boundary of No 5 Bruce Walk to eastern boundary of No 14 Bruce Walk, Phase 2 from northern boundary of No 37 Bruce Walk southward to southern boundary of No 42 Bruce Walk and Phase 3 between the boundaries of No 37 Bruce Walk eastward to eastern boundary of No 44 Bruce Walk.
The purpose of the Order is to facilitate installation of new fibre optic duct and as result there is the likelihood of danger to the public.
The Order will come into operation daily between 08.00 hours and 18.00 hours from Wednesday 12 August until Friday 14 August 2026.
