(26-051) (VARIOUS ROADS, KEYNSHAM AND SALTFORD)
(PROHIBITION OF STOPPING, WAITING, LOADING AND PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2026
NOTICE is given that the Bath and North East Somerset Council proposes to make an order under provisions contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will introduce the following variations to restrictions in the Keynsham and Saltford Area:-
• Additional No Parking At Any Time (Double Yellow Line) restrictions on: Durley Lane, Culvers Road, Culvers Close, Vandyck Avenue, Ludlow Close, Chewton Close, Chandag Road, Cranmore Avenue, Caernarvon Road, Keynsham.
• Additional No Parking / No Loading At Any Time restrictions on: Manor Road, Saltford and Temple Street, Keynsham.
• Additional 30-minute Limited Waiting parking bay on: Temple Street, Keynsham.
• Removal of Bus Stop Clearway marking on: Temple Street, Keynsham.
• Additional 4 Hour Limited Waiting parking bay operating 8am-6pm on: Durley Lane, Keynsham.
• Removal of existing No Parking At Any Time restrictions on: Park Road and Kenilworth Close, Keynsham.
• Conversion of existing Loading Bay to a Goods Vehicles Only Loading Bay on: Temple Street, Keynsham.
Full details of the proposals, together with a map and a Statement of the Council’s Reasons for proposing to make the order, may be inspected at the One Stop Shops at Manvers Street, Bath, The Hollies, High Street, Midsomer Norton and at the Civic Centre, Market Walk, Keynsham during normal office hours or may be requested, free of charge, by contacting by email council_connect@bathnes.gov.uk or by calling 01225 394041.

Objections and representations with respect to the proposal, together with the grounds on which they are made must be sent by 27th August 2026, by selecting consultation 26-051 at: https://consultation.appyway.com/bath-and-north-east-somerset and completing the feedback form that can be seen in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen or in writing to the address below.
