Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C64 Road from its junction with Ledbury Road to Pendock Road, from outside the property known as ‘Wayside’, for a distance of approximately 270 metres in an eastward’s direction.
The reason for the said closure is for pole replacement works.
The said road is expected to be closed between 09:00hrs and 17:00hrs on 11th August 2026 only. However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE AND RESTRICTION OF 490109 WHADDON ROAD
(OAKLEY WARD) CHELTENHAM BOROUGH
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 490109 Whaddon Road from its junction with Wymans Road to its junction with Prestbury Road for a distance of approximately 330 metres.
The reason for the said closure and restriction is to facilitate the safe movement and dispersal of road users and pedestrians before, during and after various matches and events at Cheltenham Town Football Club.
The said road is expected to be closed and restricted on various dates between 8th August 2026 and 29th May 2027 where the presence of approved signage will indicate when the closure/ restriction is in force.

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C65 Forge Lane, from outside of the property known as ‘St Mary’s Church’ to its junction with Blackwells End, for a distance of approximately 1600 metres. The reason for the said closure is for overhead cabling works.
The said road is expected to be closed from 09:30hrs on 12th August 2026 until 15:30hrs on 13th August 2026 only.

The reason for the said closure is for level crossing maintenance works.

The reason for the said closure is for works linked to the M5 Junction 10 Highway Improvement Scheme.
There will be no waiting, stopping, or loading permitted throughout the duration of the said works. A prohibition of right hand turns will be in place for the duration of the works.

The reason for the said closure and restriction is for works to replace a glazed unit which will require the use of equipment such as a Mobile Elevating Work Platform (MEWP).
There will be no stopping or waiting permitted throughout the duration of the works.
The said road is expected to be closed and restricted between 08:00 and 16:00 on the 23rd August 2026 and 30th August 2026.
However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.
