Devon County Council propose to make this under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce in EXETER: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Anne Close, Buddle Lane, Chandlers Walk, Church Hill, Clifford Close, Cowick Hill, Denise Close, Exwick Road, Grace Road West, lsleworth Road, Landscore Road, Larch Road, Latimer Road, Lewis Crescent, Lower Hill Barton Road, Mallison Close, Mandrake Road, Manor Road, Margaret Road, Mill Lane, Monkerton Drive, Normandy Road, Pinces Road, Pinn Lane, Queens Road, Road from Normandy Road to Stuart Road, Southport Avenue, St James Close, St Katherines Road, St Leonards Road, Vaughan Road, Vuefield Hill, Well Street & Wykes Road; No Loading at Any Time on a specified length of Lower Hill Barton Road; No Waiting Mon-Sat 7am-7pm on specified lengths of Buddle Lane; No Waiting Mon-Fri 8am-11am/3pm-4pm on specified lengths of Lords Way, Parkland Drive & Woodwater Lane; Residents Parking At Any Time Zone L on a specified length of St Leonards Road; Residents Parking At Any Time Zone Hon specified lengths ofVelwell Road; School Entrance Clearway - No Stopping At Any Time on a specified length of Grace Road West; TOPSHAM: No Waiting At Any Time on a specified length of Monmouth Avenue. Permits for residents, charity business occupier, supported living, school business, motorcycle, scooter & other vehicles band A £35 annually, other vehicles bands B-K 1st £35, 2°• £55, 3"' £65; bands L-M 1st £35, extra permits £65; virtual visitor £30 per 200 hours for schemes not operating at all times/350 hours for schemes operating at all times - allocated in 1 hour sessions, physical daily visitor £30 for 30 (24 hour) permits, annual business: 1st £35, 2°• £75, 3"' £150; annual trade £45, short stay trade £60 for 20, daily trade £5, weekly trade £25; guest house/hotel visitors £30 for 20; annual essential visitor permit £10, care worker permits are free. Where appropriate there will be the usual exemptions including those in relation to picking up/setting down passengers, loading/unloading goods & disabled persons vehicles. Documents are also available to view during normal office hours at the address below. Objections & other comments specifying the proposal & the grounds on which they are made must be in writing to the address below or via devon.cc/alwrp to arrive by 27 August 2026. Receipt of submissions may not be acknowledged but those received will be considered. If you make a submission be aware that comments will be anonymised prior to being sent to Highways & Traffic Orders Committee (HATOC) members for consideration or being published on our website.
