(CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2009 (AMENDMENT No. 28) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council have made an Order under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 32, 35, to 39, and 45, to 55, and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to amend “The Northamptonshire County Council (Corby District) (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and On-Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2009” as specified in the Schedule below.

A COPY of the Order may be inspected at Kier Highways, Brixworth Depot, Old Harborough Road, Brixworth, Northants, NN6 9BX at a time and date specified by appointment only by calling 01604 529700.  A copy of the Order can also be obtained on request by emailing NNCParkingenquiries@kier.co.uk

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date of this Notice apply to the High Court for this purpose. 

The Order will become effective on 10th August 2026.

SCHEDULE
NO WAITING AT ANYTIME RESTRICTIONS
(DOUBLE YELLOW LINES)

Shetland Way, Corby – double yellow lines at the junction with Skye Road and continue southwards to the first junction.
Crucible Road, Corby – double yellow lines at various locations around the estate.
Coomb Road, Corby –double yellow lines from the school access to the roundabout both sides of the carriageway.

ENFORCEMENT OF SCHOOL KEEP CLEAR MARKINGS
(AT ALL TIMES)

Shetland Way, Corby – enforcement of School Keep Clear markings outside of the school in operation at all times.
