What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION (14.1)

The council of the London Borough of Enfield have made the Temporary Traffic Orders described below.

SOUTH LODGE DRIVE N14

Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works

Operational Date and times: “At any time” on 8 August 2026 for 11 days or until works are completed.

The general effect of the Order will be to suspend parking on this road between No.s 2/4 and its junction with Bramley Road, on both sides of the road.

FORE STREET N9

Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works

Operational Date and times: “Between 21:00-05:00hrs on 9 August 2026 for 2 days or until works are completed.”

The general effect of the Order will be to suspend parking on this road, east side, from its junction with Shrubbery Road for approximately 40m.

VICARS MOOR LANE N21

Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works

Operational Date and times: “At any time” on 10 August 2026 for 5 days or until works are completed.

The general effect of the Order will be to close this road between No.s 52–56 on both sides of the road.

STOCKINGSWATER LANE EN3

Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works

Operational Date and times: “At any time” on 12 August 2026 for 4 days or until works are completed.

The general effect of the Order will be to suspend parking on this road, from its junction with Braithwaite Road, northwards for approximately 40m and southwards for approximately 80m, on both sides of the road.

DUCHY ROAD EN4

Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works

Operational Date and times: “Between 08:00–18:00 on the 13 August 2026 for 2 days or until works are completed.”

The general effect of the Order will be to close and suspend parking on the whole road between Wagon Road and Lancaster Avenue.

The provisions of the Orders shall apply only at such times and as directed by Traffic signs. Whilst roads are closed local diversions will be in place and access will be maintained only as far as the works allow for more information contact 0208 379 2039 or email NRSWA@enfield.gov.uk
