NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley on 28th July 2026 has made the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers. The Orders will come into operation on 10th August 2026.

The effect of the Orders would be to:

(a) Introduce new ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions as set out in Schedule 1 to this Notice

(b) Convert existing Monday to Saturday waiting restrictions 8am and 6.30pm to ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions as set out in Schedule 2 to this Notice

(c) Remove a Single Yellow Line operating Monday to Saturday 8.30am and 6.30pm as set out in Schedule 3 to this Notice

(d) Convert existing Monday to Friday waiting restrictions operating between 1pm and 2pm to No Waiting Restrictions operational Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 2pm as set out in Schedule 4 to this Notice

(e) Convert existing Waiting restrictions operational on Wednesdays only between the hours of 8am and 12 Noon to Waiting restrictions operational on Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 8am and 10am as set out in Schedule 5 to this Notice

(f) Convert existing Monday to Friday waiting restrictions operating between 8.30am and 6.30pm to ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions as set out in Schedule 6 to this Notice.

(g) Introduce a Residents Permit Parking space operating Monday to Saturday between the hours of 12pm and 2pm as set out in Schedule 7 to this Notice

Copies of the Orders may be inspected during normal office hours Monday to Friday at Bromley Council, Churchill Court, 2 Westmoreland Road, Bromley BR1 1AS, or by emailing TrafficManagementOrders@Bromley.gov.uk until the expiration of a period of six weeks from the date of making the Order.

ANY person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that any requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.

WAITING RESTRICTIONS

Introduce new No Waiting restrictions – ‘at any time’

ETON ROAD, ORPINGTON (a) north side (i) from the eastern kerbline of Winchester Road, east for 20m (ii) from the western kerbline with Winchester Road, west for 20m

WINCHESTER ROAD, ORPINGTON (a) east side (i) from the kerbline with Eton Road, north for 10m. (b) west side (i) from the kerbline with Eton Road, north for 10m

SCHEDULE 2

WAITING RESTRICTIONS

Convert existing waiting restrictions operating Monday to Saturday 8am and 6.30pm to ‘no waiting at any time’

COURT DOWNS ROAD, BECKENHAM. (a) north side (i) from a point 12 metres southeast of the northwestern flank wall of No. 16 to a point 15 metres east of the eastern kerbline of Arbor Close (ii) from the eastern kerbline with Arbor Close east for 10m

SCHEDULE 3

WAITING RESTRICTIONS

Remove waiting restrictions operational Monday to Saturday 8.30am and 6.30pm

STANLEY ROAD, BROMLEY (a) east side (i) from a point 3.7 metres north of the common boundary of numbers 26a and 27a, north for 4.5m

SCHEDULE 4

WAITING RESTRICTIONS

Convert existing waiting restrictions operational Monday to Friday 1pm and 2pm to Monday to Friday 9am and 2pm

HAWES LANE, WEST WICKHAM (a) north and east side (i) from the common boundary of numbers 51 and 53, to the common boundary of Railway Hotel and number 1. (b) southwest side (i) from a point 18.3m south of its junction with Red Lodge Road, to a point opposite the party wall of numbers 51 and 53

WAITING RESTRICTIONS

Convert existing waiting restrictions operating Wednesday 8am and 12.00midday to Tuesday and Thursday between 8am and 10am

SPRINGFIELD GARDENS, WEST WICKHAM (a) north side (i) from a point 5m east of the eastern kerbline of Grosvenor Road, to a point 3m west of the eastern boundary of number 9

Convert existing Monday to Friday waiting restrictions operating between 8.30am and 6.30pm to ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions

SCHEDULE 7

RESIDENT PERMIT HOLDER PARKING BAY (CPZ ZONE C)

Introduce new Resident Permit Holders Only operational Monday to Saturday between the hours of 12 midday and 2pm
