A61 BARNSLEY ROAD, NEWMILLERDAM
The Council of the City of Wakefield propose to make the above order under their powers in the Road Traffic Act 1984, the effect of which, in relation to A61 Barnsley Road, Newmillerdam will be to revoke Permit Holders Only parking restrictions and implement No waiting At Any Time restrictions, specifically outside property no. 688 Barnsley Road.
If you wish to examine the proposed Order you can view a copy on the website www.wakefield.gov.uk/tro. It does include copies of plans showing the proposed changes to the roads as well as a Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order. If you have any queries regarding the order, please email trafficregs@wakefield.gov.uk. If you wish to object to the proposed Order, you should send the grounds for your objection in writing or by e mail to trafficregs@wakefield.gov.uk to reach the undersigned by not later than 12 noon on 27th August 2026 quoting reference TRO/26/1.
