The Ealing (Free Parking Places) (No. 1, 2014) (Amendment No. 217) Order 2026; The Ealing (Free Parking Places)(Disabled Persons) (Special Parking Area) (Amendment No. 213) Order 2026; The Ealing (Acton Central - Zone K and K1) (Residents Parking Places) (No. 1, 2012) (Amendment No. 023) Order 2026; The Ealing (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (Amendment No. 965) Order 2026.
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Ealing, made the above-titled Order, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
2. The general effect of the made Orders will be to, on: -
(a) Bollo Bridge Road, introduce lengths of double yellow lines & remove lengths of double yellow lines fronting parking and loading places;
(b) Brasher Close, introduce lengths of double yellow lines;
(c) Brookbank Avenue, introduce lengths of double yellow lines
(d) Corbet Gardens, to substitute a length of existing double yellow lines with 2 disabled parking bays to operate 7am to 7pm;
(e) Gibbon Road, to substitute a length of existing permit parking place with double yellow lines;
(f) Greenford Avenue, introduce lengths of double yellow lines
(g) Hammond Close, introduce lengths of double yellow lines
(h) Hapgood Close, introduce a length of double yellow lines;
(i) Lilian Board Way, introduce lengths of double yellow lines;
(j) Matthews Road, introduce lengths of double yellow lines;
(k) Otter Road, introduce lengths of double yellow lines;
(l) Stanley Road, to substitute a length of double yellow lines with an unlimited waiting parking place;
(m) Tessa Anderson Way, introduce lengths of double yellow lines;
(n) Wimborne Avenue, introduce lengths of double yellow lines
(o) Windmill Lane introduce lengths of double yellow lines.
3. The made Orders, which will come into operation on 6 AUGUST 2026, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders including plans, are available by e-mail from 'trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk' or for inspection at Staff Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made.
4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
