Ar 5 Awst 2026, gwnaeth Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Adran 14(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd) a’r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, Orchymyn a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag defnyddio neu deithio ar hyd:

I. Hunter Lane o’r gyffordd â Stryd Pomeroy hyd at y gyffordd â Stryd Hunter.

II. Stryd Pomeroy am 20 metr o bwynt 95 metr i’r gogledd o’r gyffordd â Plas Clarence.

Mae’r Gorchymyn yn angenrheidiol i hwyluso gwaith ar y briffordd neu gerllaw, a disgwylir iddo ddod i rym ddydd Sadwrn 8 Awst 2026 am hyd at 18 mis.

Dim ond ar yr adegau ac i’r graddau a nodir ar arwyddion a/neu hysbysiadau sy’n cael eu harddangos y bydd y cyfyngiad dan sylw ar waith.

Enw'r Gorchymyn hwn fydd “Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd (Hunter Lane a Stryd Pomeroy, Caerdydd) (Cau Ffyrdd Dros Dro) 2026”.

THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF
(HUNTER LANE AND POMEROY STREET, CARDIFF) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES) ORDER 2026

On the 5th August 2026, The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and of all other enabling powers, made an Order the general effect of which is to prevent any vehicle from using or proceeding along: 

I. Hunter Lane from its junction with Pomeroy Street to its
junction with Hunter Street

II. Pomeroy Street for a distance of 20 metres from a point 95 metres north of its junction with Clarence Place

This Order is necessary to facilitate works on or near the highway and is expected to be in operation from Saturday 8th August 2026 for a maximum period of 18 months.

The restriction specified will only have the effect at such times and to such extent as indicated by the display of signs and/or notices.

This Order is known as “The County Council of The City and County of Cardiff (Hunter Lane and Pomeroy Street, Cardiff) (Temporary Road Closures) Order 2026”.
