Traffic Management Order 2026 No.10
The Bromley (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 2003

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley on 28th July 2026 has made the above-mentioned Order under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers. The Order will come into operation on 10th August 2026.
The effect of the Order would be to:-
(a) introduce “No Waiting at Any Time” restrictions on Lawrie Park Road as set out in Schedule 1 to this Notice
(a) convert existing single yellow line waiting restriction operating Monday to Saturday between 7am and 7pm on Lawrie Park Road to “No Waiting at Any Time” restrictions as set out in Schedule 2 to this Notice
Copies of the Order may be inspected during normal office hours Monday to Friday at Bromley Council, Churchill Court, 2 Westmoreland Road, Bromley BR1 1AS, or by emailing TrafficManagementOrders@Bromley.gov.uk until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date of making the Order.
ANY person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions of the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that any requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

LAWRIE PARK ROAD, north side, from a point 4.6 metres north-east of the extended southern building line of No.79 Lawrie Park Road to a point 11.4 metres north-westwards
LAWRIE PARK ROAD, south side, from a point 4.6 metres north-east of the extended southern building line of No.79 Lawrie Park Road to a point 12.3 metres southwards
SCHEDULE 2
WAITING RESTRICTIONS
Convert existing single yellow line waiting restriction operating Monday to Saturday between 7am and 7pm to No Waiting ‘at Any Time’ restrictions
LAWRIE PARK ROAD, north side, from a point 11.4 metres north-west of the extended southern building line of No.79 Lawrie Park Road to a point 11.4 metres north of the northern kerbline at its junction with Crystal Palace Park Road
LAWRIE PARK ROAD, south side, from a point 12.3 metres west of the extended southern building line of No.79 Lawrie Park Road to a point 11.9 metres south of the southern kerbline at its junction with Crystal Palace Park Road
