THE BROMLEY (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) ORDER 2003 (AMENDMENT NO. 301) ORDER 2026

(LENNARD ROAD, BECKENHAM)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley on 28th July 2026 made the above-mentioned Order under Sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers. The Order will come into operation on 10th August 2026.

The effect of the Order would be to introduce new no waiting restrictions operating Monday to Saturday 8:00am to 6:30pm as set out in the Schedule to this Notice.

Copies of the Order may be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at Bromley Council, Churchill Court, 2 Westmoreland Road, Bromley BR1 1AS, or by emailing TrafficManagementOrders@Bromley.gov.uk until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date of the making the Order.

ANY person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of their provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that any requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

SCHEDULE.- WAITING RESTRICTIONS

No waiting operating Monday to Saturday 8:00am to 6:30pm:-

LENNARD ROAD, the northern side, from a point 5.5 metres west of the western kerb line of Aldersmead Road in an easterly direction for a distance of 67.3 metres.
