The North Ayrshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order.
A71 Eastbound off ramp, A71 Westbound off ramp and Long Drive between Riverside Way Roundabout and Newmoor Roundabout, Irvine will be closed from 08.00 hours on Monday 17 August 2026 to 23:59 hours on Sunday 6 September 2026 or until the works are complete, whichever is earlier for the Carriageway resurfacing works.
Diversion routes will be clearly signposted.
Towerlands Road, Irvine (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2026
The North Ayrshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order.
Towerlands Road, Irvine (From B7080 Long Drive and Towerlands Roundabout to Cramond Way) will be closed from 8.00am on Monday 3rd August 2026 until 8.00am on Monday 10th August 2026 or until the carriageway improvement works are complete, whenever finishes earlier.
A signed diversion will be in place for the duration of the works.
