PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO.45 (PART)
BRAMPTON
WHEN: 25 August to 20 November 2026.
WHERE: Close footpath No.45 south from where it meets footpath No.17 for approx. 143m.
REASON: To facilitate public safety whilst the footbridge is removed during essential maintenance works.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: The adjacent permissive footpath across the crest of Linacre Middle dam is the more frequently used footpath by visitors to the site. This permissive footpath will remain open for the whole of the works.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of footpath. The footpath will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire 01629 533190.
