Mae Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy wedi gwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adranau 1 a 2 a Rhan IV Atodlen 9, Deddf Rheoli Traffnidiaeth Ffyrdd 1984, a’i effaith fydd cyfyngu cyfyngiadau ar y darnau o ffyrdd fel y nodir yn yr Atodlenni isod.

Gellir archwilio copi o’r Gorchymyn a’r cynlluniu, a fydd yn dod i rym ar 10 Awst 2026 ar wefan y Cyngor. The County Borough of Conwy (Various Roads

Towyn & Kinmel Bay) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) Order 2026

The Conwy County Borough Council has made an Order under Sections 1 and 2 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will place restrictions on the lengths of road as set out in the Schedules below.

A copy of the Order and plans, which will come into operation 10 August 2026 may be examined on the Council website. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date hereof apply to the High Court for this purpose.
