The Council has made “The Clackmannanshire Council (Mill Street, Alloa) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2026, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on Tuesday 14th July 2026: where there will be a temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading at Mill Street, Alloa: From its junction with High Street southwards until its junction with Mar Street, a distance of 35 metres or thereby. Diversion: Via Mar Street, Drysdale Street and High Street. The order runs from 00:01 hours between Monday 17th August 2026 until 23:59 hours on Tuesday 1st September 2026, on the section of roads described in the Schedule. The order is required for excavation works for gas main repairs.
Mill Street, Alloa (Temporary Removal Of One Way Traffic) Order 2026
The Council has made “The Clackmannanshire Council (Mill Street, Alloa) (Temporary Removal Of One Way Traffic) Order 2026, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on Thursday 16th July 2026: where there will be a temporary removal of one way traffic at Mill Street, Alloa: From its junction with High Street until its junction with Drysdale Street, a distance of 90 metres or thereby. Diversion: Via High Street, Argyll Street, The Ness, Moir’s Well and vice versa; The order runs from 08:00 hours between Friday 21st August 2026 until Thursday 27th August 2026, on the section of roads described in the Schedule. The order is necessary for works to locate and clear blockages.

Parking Spaces For Disabled Persons (Various Streets, Clackmannanshire) (Amendment No. 4) Order 2026
The Council proposes to make the above Order under Section 32(1) and 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the said Act of 1984 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will designate the sections of road as a disabled parking space for disabled persons’ vehicles Schedule – Caroline Crescent, Alva: Southside – From a point 9 metres or thereby east of the east corner of 99 Caroline Crescent, eastwards for a distance of 13 metres or thereby.
