Mill Street, Alloa (Temporary Prohibition Of Driving, Parking And Loading) Order 2026

The Council has made “The Clackmannanshire Council (Mill Street, Alloa) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2026, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on Tuesday 14th July 2026: where there will be a temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading at Mill Street, Alloa: From its junction with High Street southwards until its junction with Mar Street, a distance of 35 metres or thereby. Diversion: Via Mar Street, Drysdale Street and High Street. The order runs from 00:01 hours between Monday 17th August 2026 until 23:59 hours on Tuesday 1st September 2026, on the section of roads described in the Schedule. The order is required for excavation works for gas main repairs.

Mill Street, Alloa (Temporary Removal Of One Way Traffic) Order 2026

The Council has made “The Clackmannanshire Council (Mill Street, Alloa) (Temporary Removal Of One Way Traffic) Order 2026, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on Thursday 16th July 2026: where there will be a temporary removal of one way traffic at Mill Street, Alloa: From its junction with High Street until its junction with Drysdale Street, a distance of 90 metres or thereby. The order runs from 00:01 hours between Monday 17th August 2026 until Tuesday 1st September 2026, on the section of roads described in the Schedule. The order is to allow traffic to turn left from the High Street due to a road closure.

Greenside Street Car Park, Alloa (Temporary Prohibition Of Driving, Parking And Loading) Order 2026

The Council has made “The Clackmannanshire Council (Greenside Street Car Park, Alloa) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2026, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on Tuesday 14th July 2026: where there will be a temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading at Greenside Street Car Park, Alloa: For its entirety. The order runs from 05:00 hours on Saturday 15th August 2026 until 15:00 hours on Friday 4th September 2026, on the section of roads described in the Schedule. The order is required for carriageway resurfacing works.

The Council has made “The Clackmannanshire Council (Delphwood Crescent, Tullibody) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2026, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on Tuesday 14th July 2026: where there will be a temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading at Delphwood Crescent, Tullibody: From its junction with Firs Road, eastwards then northwards for a distance of 345 metres or thereby. The order runs from 07:00 hours Monday 17th August 2026 until 10:00 hours on Friday 21st August 2026, on the section of roads described in the Schedule. The order is required for carriageway resurfacing works.

Vicar’s Bridge Road, Dollar (Temporary Prohibition Of Driving, Parking And Loading) Order 2026

The Council has made “The Clackmannanshire Council (Vicar’s Bridge Road, Dollar) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2026, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on Tuesday 21st July 2026: where there will be a temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading at Vicar’s Bridge Road, Dollar: From a point 380 metres or thereby south of its junction with A91, southwards for a distance of 60 metres or thereby. Diversion: Via A91, Pitgober Road, Vicar’s Bridge Road and vice versa; The order runs from 00:01 hours on Monday 24th August 2026 until 23:59 hours on Friday 28th August 2026, on the section of roads described in the Schedule. The order is required to carry out drainage works.

High Street, Dollar (Temporary Prohibition Of Driving, Parking And Loading) Order 2026

The Council has made “The Clackmannanshire Council (High Street, Dollar) (Temporary Prohibition Of Driving, Parking And Loading) Order 2026, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on Wednesday 5th August 2026: where there will be a temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading at High Street, Dollar: From its junction with Moir’s Well southwards for a distance of 40 metres or thereby. Diversion: Via High Street, Argyll Street, The Ness, Moir’s Well and vice versa; The order runs from 08:00 hours between Friday 21st August 2026 until Thursday 27th August 2026, on the section of roads described in the Schedule. The order is necessary for works to locate and clear blockages.

Parking Spaces For Disabled Persons (Various Streets, Clackmannanshire) (Amendment No. 4) Order 2026

The Council proposes to make the above Order under Section 32(1) and 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the said Act of 1984 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will designate the sections of road as a disabled parking space for disabled persons’ vehicles Schedule – Caroline Crescent, Alva: Southside – From a point 9 metres or thereby east of the east corner of 99 Caroline Crescent, eastwards for a distance of 13 metres or thereby.
