PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2024 (NO 2)
On 8/10/24 Staffordshire County Council confirmed and on 8/8/25 they certified the above order made under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and Section 53A(2) of the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981.
The effect of the order as confirmed and certified is to divert the full width of that part of Public Footpath No 26 Uttoxeter Rural commencing at Grid Reference 408405 335498 and running northerly for some 66 metres to Grid Reference 408402 335564 to a line commencing at Grid Reference 408439 335525 running north-north-westerly for some 54 metres to Grid Reference 408415 335573 then turning west-south-westerly for some 15 metres to Grid Reference 408402 335564 as shown on the Order Map. It will also modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the Borough of East Staffordshire accordingly.
A copy of the Order as confirmed and certified and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at the offices of Staffordshire County Council, Corporate Reception, 1 Staffordshire Place, Stafford, ST16 2LP Mon-Fri. 8.30 am to 5.00 pm. Copies of the Orders and maps may be bought there at the price of 10p per A4 page; £2 per map.
The order comes into force as from the date it is certified, but if any person aggrieved by the order wants to question the validity, or that any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980 as amended or Wildlife and Countryside Act 1980, as amended, or on the ground that any requirements of the Acts, as amended, or of any regulation made under the Acts, has not been complied with in relation to the order, he or she may, under paragraph 2 of schedule 2 of the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of schedule 6 of the Act, within six weeks 5/8/26, make application to the High Court.

PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2025
On 21/10/25 Staffordshire County Council confirmed the above Order. On 10/6/26 Staffordshire County Council also certified the above order made under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and Section 53A(2) of the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981.
4502974 – No Mans Heath Road. The effect of the order as certified is to divert the full length and width of Public Footpath No 26 Endon and Stanley commencing at Grid Reference 391265 354135 and running north-westerly then westerly for some 92 metres to Grid Reference 391180 354140 to a line commencing at Grid Reference 391265 354135 and running west-south-westerly for some 72 metres to Grid Reference 391196 354117 and the full length and width of Public Footpath No 34 Endon and Stanley commencing at Grid Reference 391231 354271 and running south-south-westerly then southerly for some 126 metres to Grid Reference 391206 354150 to a line commencing at Grid Reference 391231 354271 and running south-south-easterly then southerly for some 146 metres to Grid Reference 391265 354135 as shown on the Order map. It will also modify the Staffordshire Moorlands Definitive map and statement accordingly. 4502974 – No Mans Heath Road.
