Notice is hereby given that Mr Jaspal Singh Bajaj has applied to the Southwark Council for a Premises Licence to permit: Sale by Retail of Alcohol (Off Sales) Monday – Sunday 00:00 – 00:00 for the premises: Kirkwood Local, 2 Kirkwood Road, London SE15 3XX. Register of all applications made within the Southwark area is maintained by: The Licensing Service, Hub 1, 3rd Floor, 160 Tooley Street, London SE1 2QH. A record of this application may be inspected by visiting the office during normal office hours by appointment on 020 7525 2000, details are also available on our web site at http://app.southwark.gov.uk/licensing/licenseregister.asp It is open to any interested party to make representations about the likely effect of the application on the promotion of the licensing objectives. Representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Service at the office address given above (or by email via licensing@southwark.gov.uk ) and be received by the  Licensing Unit within a period of 28 days starting the day after the date shown below. Note: it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
