What is happening?
LONDON BOROUGH OF SOUTHWARK
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1) (CULLING ROAD, GOMM ROAD, ANN MOSS WAY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Southwark hereby gives notice that to enable logistics and pedestrian management for an event, on behalf of Tracsis or their appointed contractor, it intends to make an order, the effect of which is to prohibit vehicular traffic from entering part of the above named roads.
2. Whilst the works are in progress, or whilst the authorised traffic signs are in place no person shall cause unauthorised vehicles to enter, proceed, stop, wait, load or unload on Culling Road, Gomm Road and Ann Moss Way, from the junction of Lower Road.
3. Exemptions will be provided in the Order to permit access to premises for residents, businesses, business users and household and business deliveries.
4. The restrictions will not apply to any vehicle being used in connection with the said works, or for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes or anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform.
5. The road closure will be in place on Friday 28th of August from 12:00 until 23:59.
