What is happening?

LONDON BOROUGH OF SOUTHWARK 

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1) (GRANGE ROAD) 

(TEMPORARY BUS LANE SUSPENSION) 

1. The Council of the London Borough of Southwark hereby gives notice that to enable utility works by UK Power Networks, it intends to make an order the effect of which is to temporarily suspend the bus lane restriction on Grange Road at the location in point 2 of this order.

2. Whilst the works are in progress, or whilst the authorised traffic signs are in place the bus lane on Grange Road, between Pages Walk and Tower Bridge Road will be available for all traffic.

3. The bus lane suspension will be in place from the 1st of September 2026 to the 7th of September 2026.

4. This order remains valid for 18 months from the 13th of August 2026. Further information may be obtained by contacting Network Management at ttmo@southwark.gov.uk
