What is happening?
LONDON BOROUGH OF SOUTHWARK
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1) (PARK HALL ROAD) (TEMPORARY CYCLE LANE SUSPENSION,
TEMPORARY PARKING RESTRICTION, TEMPORARY E-SCOOTER AND CYCLE BAY SUSPENSION)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Southwark hereby gives notice that to enable utility works by Thames Water or their appointed contractor, it intends to make an order the effect of which is to:
(a)Temporarily suspend use of the cycle lane on Park Hall Road at the location in point 2 of this order,
(b)Temporarily prohibit parking, waiting and loading on a section of Park Hall road at the location described in point 2 of this order
(c)Suspend the e-scooter and cycle bay at the side of 2 Croxted Road
2. Whilst the works are in progress, or whilst the authorised traffic signs are in place
(a)the section of cycle lane between Croxted Road and Alleyn Road will be suspended
(b)Parking, stopping, waiting and loading will be prohibited between Alleyn Road and Croxted Road on both sides of the carriageway.
(c)The e-scooter and cycle bay at the side of 2 Croxted Road will be out of use.
3. All the temporary restrictions will be in force from the 1st of September 2026 to the 10th of September 2026.
