The Hammersmith and Fulham (Charged-For Parking Places) (Amendment No.60) Order 2026 The Hammersmith and Fulham (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No.60) Order 2026
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham will make the above mentioned Orders under the powers granted by sections 6, 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).
2. The general effect of the above-mentioned Order which comes into operation on the 12th August 2026 will be to: 1. Fulham Palace Road - Installation of Personalised disabled bay HF278 outside no. 325. 2. Bovingdon Road - Remove personalised disabled bay HF257 outside no. 12. 3. Leamore Street - Remove personalised disabled bay HF214 opposite 1-13 Clarence Court. 4. Bridge Avenue - Installation of Personalised disabled bay HF214 outside no.1. 5. Rainville Road - Installation of Standard disabled bay outside no. 35. 6. Barton Road - Remove personalised disabled bay HF123. 7. Filmer Road - Installation of Personalised disabled bay HF123 outside no. 1. 8. Turneville Road - Remove diplomatic parking bay from a point 16.00 metres south-east of the common boundary of Nos. 1 & 2 Turneville Road and replace with a shared-use bay. 9. De Morgan Road - convert Single Yellow Line to Double Yellow Line outside no. 45. 10. Bowerdean Street - Remove doctors parking bay outside no.2 and replace with a shared use parking space. 11. To make further amendments to bring the Map-Based Orders in line with the on-street layout.
3. A copy of the Orders, the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders, and documents giving more detailed particulars can be inspected, by appointment, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of 6 weeks beginning with the date on which the Orders are made, or as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders.
4. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or any of the provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under that Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court may write to the Transport and Highways Department, Environmental Services, Town Hall Extension, King Street, Hammersmith, W6 9JU or via email to Traffic.
