What is happening?

BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL

(EATON WOOD ETC, PYPE HAYES) (TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2026
(FIRTREE ROAD, PYPE HAYES) (TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council have made these Orders under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53,101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers the effect of which will be as follows:

• To introduce waiting restrictions on lengths of BLOSSOM ROAD, EATON WOOD, FIRTREE ROAD, TERRYS LANE TYBURN GROVE, WESTMEAD CRESCENT, and WOODACRE, PYPE HAYES

The Orders will come into operation on 7th August 2026.

If any person wishes to question the validity of these Orders or of any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act or on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to these Orders may within 6 weeks from 6th August 2026 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
