ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

(WOODHALL SPA – WOODHALL SPA
PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY NO. 1145)
(TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Secretary of State for Transport in pursuance of the powers conferred by Sections 14 and 15 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has consented to the Lincolnshire County Council (Woodhall Spa – Public Right of Way No. 1145) (Temporary Restriction to Traffic) Order 2026 which came into force on 18 February 2026, is now being extended and continuing in force until 4 October 2027 or until the completion of the works, whichever is the sooner.

The closure is required to reduce the likelihood of danger to the public whilst works are in progress in proximity to the right of way.

The effect of the Order will be to close Woodhall Spa PROW 1145 (Between Manor Estate Road & The Broadway).

The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016. 

The alternative route for users will be signed on site.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC
(MILLTHORPE/ASLACKBY FEN – MILLTHORPE DROVE)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

has made an Order on Millthorpe Drove to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road.

The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule.

The Order will come into operation on 12 August 2026 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner.

The works are expected to commence on or about 12 August 2026 and continue for approximately 3 days.

Access will be maintained to properties on the affected length of road but may be subject to delays.

The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

An alternative route for vehicles will be signed.

TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC
(BILLINGHAY – CHURCH STREET)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

has made an Order on Church Street to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road.

The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule.

The Order will come into operation on 10 August 2026 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner.

The works are expected to commence on or about 10 August 2026 and continue for approximately 11 days.

Access will be maintained to properties on the affected length of road but may be subject to delays.

The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC
(DONINGTON – TOWN DAM LANE)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL has made an Order on Town Dam Lane to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road.

The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule.

The Order will come into operation on 10 August 2026 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner.

The works are expected to commence on or about 10 August 2026
and continue for approximately 4 days.

Access will be maintained to properties on the affected length of road but may be subject to delays. 

The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
