Notice is hereby given that applications have been made to Derbyshire Dales District Council for planning permission/listed building consent in the weeks from 17 Jul 2026 as follows:

26/00653/FUL – Single storey rear extension – Willoughbys Barn, West End, Brassington (C)

26/00687/VCOND – Variation of condition 2 of application no. 23/00210/LBALT – Internal and external alterations for conversion of Stables, Kennels and Whelping Lodge to 9no. dwellinghouses, provision of new access, removal of existing access, demolition, landscaping and associate – Meynell Hunt Kennels, Ashbourne Road, Sudbury (L)

26/00765/FUL – Erection of stone building to replace existing shed – Holly Cottage, Buxton Hall Court, Main Street, Kirk Ireton (C)(F)

26/00789/FUL – Proposed detached garage, repositioning of oil tank and greenhouse – High Croft, Chapel Lane, Kniveton (C)

26/00810/VCOND – Variation of Condition 2 – The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out other than in accordance with the approved plans, of application number 23/00209/FUL – Meynell Hunt Kennels – Ashbourne Road, Sudbury (L)

Applications with the suffix F may affect a Footpath
Applications with the suffix C may affect a Conservation Area
Applications with the suffix L may affect the character of a Listed Building

Any person wishing to make representations about any of the applications should do so in writing within 21 days to the Regulatory Services Section, Town Hall, Matlock, DE4 3NN, quoting the relevant application number.
