TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO USE OF ROAD ORDER 2026
On the 9th July 2026 the Council made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order has been promoted to restrict vehicular access on a section of Braehead Quadrant, Neilston, in order to facilitate the essential footway and carriageway resurfacing works on or near the road, scheduled to be carried from Monday 24th August to Friday 18th September 2026.
The Order authorises the closure of the road for the duration of the works.
Vehicular access to properties within the extents of the closure may be permitted by the contractor on site only when it is possible to do so in conjunction with the works going on at the time. Access for emergency vehicles attending an incident will be maintained at all times.
