CLOSURE
Notice is hereby given that the Department for Infrastructure using its powers under Article 7
(1) and (3) of the Road Traffic Regulation (Northern Ireland) Order 1997, has temporarily
prohibited the use, by traffic of:-
Newton Park, Belfast - One-way closure in a country bound (easterly) direction from the
Junction of Carnbrae Park to Four Winds Roundabout.
This road closure will be Continuous from 07:00hrs on Monday 10th August until
17:00hrs on Monday 31st August 2026.
The closure is required for road improvement works.
Alternative route: Newton Park – A24 Saintfield Road – Cairnshill Road.

ONE-WAY CLOSURE TOWARDS KEATLEY
STREET.
Notice is hereby given that the Department for Infrastructure using its powers under Article 7
(1) and (3) of the Road Traffic Regulation (Northern Ireland) Order 1997, has temporarily
prohibited the use, by traffic of:-
Templemore Avenue, Belfast (One Way closure) from Albertbridge Road to Keatley
Street.
This road will be closed (Monday to Friday), from 09:30hrs to 16:30hrs, from Monday
10th August until Friday 9th October 2026.
The closure is required for an Environmental Improvement Scheme
Alternative routes:
Diversion 1: A20 Albertbridge Road – A20 Newtownards Road – Templemore Avenue.
Diversion 2: A20 Albertbridge Road – B506 Short Strand – A23 Mountpottinger Link –
A23 Short Strand – A2 Bridge End – U824 Bridge End - A23 Short Strand – A2 Middlepath
Street - A20 Newtownards Road.
