ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton
City Council propose to make an Order under Section
14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as
substituted by the Road Traffic (Temporary
Restrictions) Act 1991, prohibiting vehicles from
proceeding on Stafford Road Bus Lane inbound, from
opposite West Street to Five Ways Island.
The Order may operate for a maximum period of
eighteen months, but it is anticipated that the works will
be undertaken from 18th August 2026 until
24th August 2026.
The Order is required to facilitate the installation of a
HV electrical duct by National Grid (Electricity
Distribution).
