NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Halton Borough Council intends to make, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, an Order under Section 14(1) Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Road(s) affected: A56 Chester Road, Daresbury (from M56 past Daresbury Expressway)
Reason for making the Order: The Council is satisfied that traffic on the road should be prohibited and/or restricted because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road.
Effect of the Order: speed reductions will be in place.
Alternative Routes: suitably signed alternative route(s) will be provided.
Date Order to come into effect: 26 August 2026
Maximum duration of the Order: 18 months from the date the Order comes into effect.
Note: Restrictions are for Creamfields, access for residents will be maintained. The restriction is expected for approx. 7days. For further information contact 07596640958
