NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Secretary of State for Transport in pursuance of the powers conferred by Sections 14 and 15 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has consented to the Lincolnshire County Council (Hackthorn/Spridlington – Hackthorn Public Right Of Way No. 43/1) (Temporary Restriction to Traffic) Order 2025 which came into force on 12 November 2025, subsequently extended to 31 July 2026 is now being extended and continuing in force until 30 September 2026 or until the completion of the works, whichever is the sooner.
The closure is required to reduce the likelihood of danger to the public whilst works are in progress in proximity to the right of way. The effect of the Order will be to close Public Right of Way No. 43/1 to all users between Welton Road, Spridlington & a point 500m East of Main Street, Hackthorn

The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
