For planning permission to: Variation of Conditions 2 & 8 of approved planning application MO/2025/0263 (Appeal Reference 3367368) for the erection of 1 No. dwelling with associated cycle store, parking, landscaping and access to allow changes to the fenestration to include the removal of the first floor window on the right flank and external elevational material.
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Mole Valley District Council, Pippbrook, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1SJ
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
