(PROHIBITION OF WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING) AND (ON-STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2021 (AMENDMENT NO **) ORDER 202
Notice is hereby given that Buckinghamshire Council proposes to make the above-named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order is to introduce or amend various parking restrictions on roads across Gerrards Cross as listed below:

| Marsham Way | Removal of the existing “No Waiting at Any Time” restriction (double yellow lines) and introduction of “Limited Waiting 1 hr No Return Within 2 hrs” |
| Increase the Limited Waiting period from 1 hour to 2 hours and the no return period from 1 hour to 4 hours i.e “Limited Waiting 2 hrs No Return Within 4 hrs” | |

| Bulstrode Way | Adjustments to the extent of parking bays along Bulstrode Way |

| Vicarage Way | Increase the Limited Waiting period from 1 hour to 2 hours and the no return period from 1 hour to 4 hours i.e “Limited Waiting 2 hrs No Return Within 4 hrs” |
A copy of the Order and Plan showing the length of road affected, together with a copy of the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm at Buckinghamshire Council, Council Access Plus, Walton Street, Aylesbury, HP20 1UA, United Kingdom.
