NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 12(4) OR (5) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at:
1) MIG/2025/1 - Gwyndy Quarry, Llandrygan.

2) VAR/2026/23 - Haulfryn, Scotland Terrace, Bodffordd.

I give notice that:-
1) Hogan Aggregates Ltd

2) Grwp Cynefin

is applying to the ISLE OF ANGLESEY COUNTY COUNCIL for planning permission to: 

1) Application for a vertical extension to the existing granite quarry comprising two additional benches to -10 metres below AOD, and the consolidation of extant mineral extraction conditions which are in force within the wider quarry at

2) Application under Section 73 for the variation of condition (14) (approved plans) of planning permission reference

FPL/2023/15 (Full application for the erection of 15 affordable dwellings, creation of new vehicular and pedestrian access and creation of internal access road and associated works on land adjacent) so as to allow the development to be carried out in accordance with amended plans at
