UNNAMED SECTION OF C3 FROM KINGS HILL TO LONGCLIFFE, BRASSINGTON
WHEN: 26 August to 04 September 2026 (between 08:00 to 16:00 working days only)
WHERE: Unnamed section of C3 from Kings Hill to Longcliffe, Brassington between Jct. with Manystones Lane and Longcliffe Crossroads.
REASON: To facilitate carriageway patching works
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Longcliffe, A5012, Via Gellia Road, Water Lane, The Hill, Porter Lane, B5035 , Rise End, Manystones Lane and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will reopen as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190.
The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
