THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL OF STOCKPORT
(BROOKLYN CRESCENT, CHEADLE) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) NOTICE 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Metropolitan Borough Council of Stockport proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Road Traffic Act 1991 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 the effect of which will be to introduce No Waiting at Any Time at Brooklyn Crescent (north west side) from a point 15.5 metres north east of the projected boundary of properties nos. 1 & 3 for a distance of 15 metres in a north easterly direction.
Brooklyn Crescent (east side) from a point 8.5 metres north west of the projected boundary of properties nos. 5 & 7 for a distance of 12 metres in a north westerly direction.
Brooklyn Crescent (south east / north east sides) from a point 9 metres north east of the projected boundary of properties nos. 17 & 19 for a distance of 30 metres first in a north easterly direction, then in a north westerly direction. Full details of these proposals are set out in the draft Order which, together with the map, may be obtained from Stockport Legal Services, Town Hall Stockport SK1 3XE.
